Shipping Policy

Canada & International Shipping

We deliver within and outside Canada globally. For deliveries within Canada, we use different courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post. The shipping costs are calculated automatically by each carrier and are final. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense.

Tracking Deliveries

A tracking number will automatically be provided to you after an order has shipped, and you will also receive an email confirming your tracking number. Please note, some shipping methods may not have proper tracking options.

Failed Deliveries:

Please note if an item fails to be delivered to you after several attempts because no one was home to receive the package, the courier will return the package back to us at our expense. In case of this, we will try to contact you and make arrangements to deliver the package again. The additional charges incurred due to re-shipping will be forwarded to you, the customer.

Order Processing Time

We always try our best to process and ship all orders within 1 business day unless otherwise communicated.

Out of Stock & “Sold Out” Products

In rare scenarios, if any part of a product you ordered is out of stock we will either refund you or will flag your order as “partially fulfilled.” It means that as soon as we have the item back in stock, we will ship it out to you immediately.

In case of products marked as “Sold Out.”, you can expect them to be available again within 4-6 weeks. You may contact us for more up to date information about the availability of any item that has been sold out.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returning an Unused/ Unopened Item

We are offering our customers complete peace of mind by providing a 30-day money back guarantee on all unopened products. You can shop confidently. knowing that you can return any product that you have not used. However, after 30 day period, we cannot offer any return or exchanges.

The item that you wish to return should be unused and should be in its original packaging. If the item returned has been opened it will not be eligible for a refund. You should send receipt or proof of purchase along with the item that you wish to return to speed up the process.

Items eligible for return cannot be clearance or sale items as once sold, these cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy adheres to regularly priced items, and only these are eligible for returns and exchanges.

We offer our customers either a full refund or exchange for same value if you are returning an unopened product within the 30-day period.

The shipping costs associated with returning an unopened item is the responsibility of the customer solely.


Returning an Item that has been Opened:

Once a product has been opened,  we cannot return/take it back unless it is defective. In case the product you received has been confirmed to be faulty, we shall accept it back and issue you either a full refund or exchange.

In order to determine if the product delivered is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us as much detail about the issue including any pictures or videos.
